cancellation policy
At Noble Art we understand that things happen. Schedules change, emergencies arise, Mother Nature has her way. We try to accommodate those changes as best we can while being cognizant of everyone's situation. Our cancellation policy falls into three categories, as outlined below.
More than 48 hoursAny cancellations or rescheduling of a reservation that happens sooner than 48 hours prior to a scheduled show will receive a full refund or be rescheduled to another open show in the future.

Between 48 - 24 hoursCancellations and refunds are NOT permitted after 48-hours prior to the show. You may, however, reschedule your visit to another open show in the future if that change is made before the 24-hour mark.

Less than 24 hoursCancellations and refunds are NOT permitted after 24-hours prior to the show except under extreme circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your tickets to another party. Otherwise, you forfeit the entirety of the purchase.

SNOW and severe weather policy
We live and work in Northeast Ohio and extreme weather is a fact of life.
It is our policy that in all but the direst of circumstances, "The Show Must Go On!". If weather is bad, allow yourself extra time to make the trip. Realize that many of our guests from far away have already made the trip and have hotel accommodations that cannot be cancelled. Within the 24-hour window, food preparation is already underway and cancelling the show would mean a significant loss.
In cases of extreme weather like an actual blizzard or windstorms that are taking out trees and powerlines, we may call the performance and reschedule following the cancellation policy stated above. If a show is cancelled, we will contact everyone on the reservation list no later than 2 hours prior to start time.
