cancellation policy
At Noble Art we understand that things happen. Schedules change, emergencies arise, Mother Nature has her way. We try to accommodate those changes as best we can while being cognizant of everyone's situation. All cancellations or refunds are based upon the original reservation date. We will allow a one time rescheduling, but once moved it no longer qualifies for any refund or rescheduling. Our cancellation policy falls into three categories, as outlined below.
More than 72 hoursAny changes or cancellations or rescheduling of a reservation that happens sooner than72 hours prior to a scheduled show will receive a full refund or be rescheduled to another available show in the future.

After 72 hoursNO Cancellations, changes or refunds will be allowed after the 72 hour window.

TransfersTickets can be transferred to another party at any point up to show time. Meal choice cannot be changed when transferring tickets.

SNOW and severe weather policy
We live and work in Northeast Ohio and extreme weather is a fact of life.
It is our policy that in all but the direst of circumstances, "The Show Must Go On!". If weather is bad, allow yourself extra time to make the trip. Realize that many of our guests from far away have already made the trip and have hotel accommodations that cannot be cancelled. Within the 24-hour window, food preparation is already underway and cancelling the show would mean a significant loss.
In cases of extreme weather like an actual blizzard or windstorms that are taking out trees and powerlines, we may call the performance and reschedule following the cancellation policy stated above. If a show is cancelled, we will contact everyone on the reservation list no later than 2 hours prior to start time.
